i have heard goreat results about this diet...

my workout routine at the moment is alternating with weits and cardio every day.

on the weight training days i eat my carbs and protien. i pack it all in. on the cardio days i eat a carb meal after the workout and for the remainder of the day i eat no carbs. i know there is no ketones being mobilized but the absence of the carbs every second day seams to help deplete the glycogen stores and then refuel them the next day, making for excellent growth and fat loss.

Couldn't help you find out, but I would love to hear more info. I have the same routine schedule, but I have been just overloading on the protein and keeping carbs down around 70g a day. And using eca stack. I have been noticing good growth. Let me know what you find out.

This diet will work very well for you.
I do a variation of it though.

Before any workout I eat complex carbs and after every workout I eat simple carbs.

Complex carbs are easier to burn and provide a solid, fast source thats in and out the system. Afterwards I drink some juice with simple carbs to avoid total carb depletion.

But other than before and after, I avoid carbs alltogether. I get great results from this, but then diet is a pretty hit and miss thing and no simgle generalization is good for everybody...

For me all that I need to do is chill
out from obviously BS calories and take
4-6 Xenadrine RFA-1's a day. That
shit works.... and don't forget the
HIGH protein bars.
