Im 19 and have been on the ketogenic diet for 5 weeks. Ive lost about 12 lbs. but I have been stagnant the past week and a half. My body is pretty deep into ketosis but nmy weight is not dropping. I take ECA 3 times a day and do my cardio first thing in the morning. What else can I do to promotwe weight loss. I want to do it naturally since Im only 19. I need to lose 14 more lbs. in 5 weeks for spring break. Also, what can I add to the ECA stack to gain back the appetite suppresant effect? Thanks

you didnt tell us how much you weigh or approx> how many calories you're at (you can't go to low or you end up look like a smaller version of your same fat self,no rank intended there)so if your calories are high enough the aside from some drugs,I would suggest adding another cardio session in the evening, 1/2 hour.

your doing the weekend carbup right?? i tried going longer but you need the carb up for you metabolism to recharge. also, try taking a week off the e/c/a if you can try 2. you receptors are saturated and the effects of the caffiene mostly are non existent. it will take about 2 weeks to clear them out. add more fat and water to the diet to supress the appetite. cut back on the cardio also.

I am doing the same diet and I find that when progress stops the best way for the natural athelete to kick start weight loss again is go back to maintance or slightly above calories in a higher carb diet for 7-14 day then resume your calorie restriction. Adding more cardio when weight loss stops seems to sacrafice lean bodymass in my experience.peace

You have been cycling carb-up phases, right? I did great going keto for 7 days and carbing for 2. You can alternate ECA with dexatrim (but don't add dexatrim to a stack) or yohimbine. Make damn sure you drink no less than a gallon of water a day. Dexatrim is a good appetite suppressant and is moderately thermogenic. Yohimbine is fairly thermogenic. If you add anything to the stack, go with more caffeine. Peace
