Presently I'm not on any gear. Hope to be doing my first cycle in the spring(supplier??). But my question is why does the body on some week be able to bench 225 incline without any problem and the next week struggle like hell with the same weight. Do I need more rest? Maybe a diet thing? Its pissing me off!! IP: Logged |

Actually not a bad question at all. Yes all of the variables you have listed will affect the results of any particular exercise.Rest, diet, glycogen reserves, H2O intake, masturbation, emotion, and stress. When you get on the gear there will be a significant increase in the last three also. Watch what you post also, scammers are all over the place. IP: Logged |

as to the masterbation, would that be too little, or too much? IP: Logged |

I think it's more a question of when, if you're wacking off in the changeroom before you train then you got a prob. Gonna be a little tired i think. Or maybe between sets, that' can't be good for the energy level. E2 IP: Logged |

Its a great question actually, and it leads me into one of my biggest good habits. A journal. I keep track of my diet, the way I feel when I get up, and my work outs. I've found on my weaker days that it's because of my diet from the night before. But some if it cyclic in nature. I drop a bit of strength about once every 20 days. IP: Logged |

One thing I have found is that the state your mind is in can play a big role. Somedays, physically I feel great, but my mind is off a little with worry or something else and my lifts suffer. You have to be focused on what you are doing. Do or do not! IP: Logged |

Cool, I try to keep a journal. 2 hours before a work out would an intake of 35g of protein(shake) help or hurt this effort? I know after workout is the best time to consume protein/carbs. IP: Logged |

Formula, Because most protein shakes contain triptophane (the stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy), it might be best to consume the shake only after the workout. IP: Logged |

formula also keep in mind that the body won't use most if any of that protein when you drink right before a workout anyway. it has to first be dijested which takes much longer than 2 hours to break it down in the stomach move it to the pancrease, then liver, then small intestine where it may be absorbed between there and the large intestine. so your probably best to take that protein early in the day at noon and after your workout good luck keep pumping iron IP: Logged |
