'Face has returned to issue his latest, greatest, and I do mean greatest, list of things you do in the gym that will jack you up with injuries!!!! Injures=No Gym Time=Scrawny, weak , and spending the whole rest of my life knowing I could have been 1 week bigger but had to take time off because i got hurt.
10. Bouncing the weight off your chest
during a bench. It might take months,
but your shoulders will give out,
eventually.
9. Squatting like an asshole. This
includes all of you with the two inch

I have been benching, pressing, and sqautting without a spot for more years than I can remember. Why did you put that on your list?

I am with you 2thick. I have beenlifting without a spotter for 21 years .As Clint Eastwood sqid"A man's got to know his limitations" Ask me for spots on a weight you obviously can do for ten reps and the next time you come around I tell you I am too busy. PS Why would you ever need a spot on the squat?Sqautting outside of the power rack,now that is being an assface....I mean asshole

Right on 2Thick & Deepsquat. I'll get a spot on average about 6 times a week and only when I go heavy on my last sets. What pisses me off is the guy in the gym who wants a spot every set and is doing a weight that he can't even get 1 rep on his on. Those assholes need to loose some plates and leave their ego at the door.

ASSFACE IS BACK WITH A COMMENT ON THOSE WHO TRAIN WITHOUT SPOTTERS:
Ok you have trained without a spotter for a long time, and no injury; ASSFACE is not so foolish as think that you cant train without a spotter successfully, I have benched inside a cage from time to time when no one was around; ASSFACE was commenting on the squid you see at least once a week in your very gym, the young kid slowly turning purple as he gasps for ASSFACE to rescue them from their failed attempt on the bench. ASSFACE helps, and then spreads the gospel of ASSFACE - shoulda asked for a spot, squid!
