'Face has returned to issue his latest, greatest, and I do mean greatest, list of things you do in the gym that will jack you up with injuries!!!! Injures=No Gym Time=Scrawny, weak , and spending the whole rest of my life knowing I could have been 1 week bigger but had to take time off because i got hurt.

I knew of a guy who used to bump 350lb off of his chest. I feel bad for his ribs.

Did you guys see realtv last night??? Some guy dropped 590 lbs on his chest, his hands just slipped and BOOM right on his chest!!!! Poor guy

see, 590 pounds freefalling to your chest, ASSFACE beleives this could cause an injury. At least that lifter knows what his one rep max is, about 585.
