I get this pain from time to time in my left arm in about the same location, never really had any problems that stopped me from working out, but I took alot of anti inflamotories for it...

How is your forearm strength? Might not be it, but just curious...
Some body with a good science background could help me, but isn't there a some tendons around that area...Maybe that could be it

probably a form of tedonitis, if it is close to where the forearm muscle inserts. heavy curling often cause tendonitis near the wrist and elbow- I would say lighten up on the weight and focus on form- slow hard contractions of the biceps.
but hey that just my opinion.

I am not a doctor or I would have to give you a wrong diagnosis and then charge you for it anyway.
Ok just a little poke at the egoistic/overblown medical profession.

peace
