what kind of pain? sharp or burning? what exercise were you doing and did you notice the pain at the time of the workout? any swelling? take some ibuprofin, maybe a cold compress and repost later-MZ

I took norandren right after knee surgery, torn ACL. Doctor was amazed at my recovery in rehab. I couldn't say for sure it was the norandren, But I have a good feeling it helped a lot. But do your research.

If you had tore something you would know right when it happened. Most of the time. You probably strained the muscle. Ice and apply heat and lay off it for a bit. Then make sure you stretch alot before working out.

I think test would work to help heal it. My opinion. I used it after my elbow surgery and it seemed to help.
