There were several questions in my earlier post on dieting. I will try to answer them best I can.

1. BigPapapump:
I decided to start dieting 5-6 months out since in the past I have used 3-4 months and have not gotten to where I needed to be. I analyzed the way I was responding and discovered that I seem to go in cycles of about 3-4 weeks where I can really stick to it and then my body/mind just can't make it any more. It is as if it tells me eat stuff that will up your energy level even if it is bad.

Now after a few days of this I am good to go for another 3 weeks or so.

So what I have done is to modify by legnthening my diet time. I diet strictly for five days then back off the Xenadrine, up the carbs adding the pasta and bread, more sodium (avoid sugars) Kinda like reseting the clock to zero. Then come monday I start the whole process over.

I choose this way to give myself the time to lose the fat more completely and not make myself completely miserable to the point I hate getting ujp every day. Hope this makes sense.

On fruits I try to limit the amount to 1 or two apples or pears a day if that, all my carbs come from dark veggies and rice/potatos and the one serving of oatmeal. I will try the oj in the morning, 1 8oz glass.

Texas Guns:
I try to get 1/2 gallon in during my wsorkouts and another during the rest of the day. I count all liquids used to mix protein and other drinks.

Wverall, I like the feedback on this question very good, glad to see it is just not me that feels this way.

By the way only been dieting now for about 4 weeks. Still got to June.

Peace

Apples and pears are terrible ! They cause your insulin levels to spike like crazy, this is why you're running out of energy. Have you viewed animals diet ?
