I feel much better now. I lost 10lbz in 7 dayz. I really can't tell though (I'm a liposurgenz dream) anyway. this is my tale. 1- I used 1g of DNP a day. 2- I did 50 min of cardio 3- I ate every two hours(myoplex for 4- took another 500 mgz dnp at 6 pm went to

Damn, 10lbs in 7 days? How much muscle did you lose with that? Shoot for 1-2lbs a week bro, be careful not to lose any hard earned muscle. Sure as hell hope you doubled your protein intake, other wise your body probably used most of it as fuel, that is if you cut your carbs way down during this period. it is really a bad Idea to cut carbs while taking dnp. This has a tendency to cause low blood sugar- which makes you feel like shit. taking cytomel is uneccessary and will actually increase muscle loss . if you were taking 500mg twice a day you were probably taking close to the 1100-1200 mg a day becuase of the half life. glycerol will help with hydration. if you were not tkaing LOTS and I mean LOTS of anti-oxidents you were doing your health a great diservice. ------------------ IP: Logged |
