hey guys, i want to loose some bf before i do my cycle. what do you suggest for dosage of clen? currently 190 and 15% bf. thanks...

60-80 mcg a day. either in a 2 week on 2 week off or 2 week on, 1 week off fashion. Are you using a T-3 drug with it. clen slows down the body's T-3 production to stop the weight loss from the clenbuterol. so you might want to combine the two. They work better together.

You should build up to 75 to 100 mcgs of T-3 6 days per week and taper back down.

have you thought of dnp instead. it will cause weight loss and clear your receptors too. A double bonus.
Dnp is cheaper than clen too. much cheaper.

Stalin on both of his posts is absolutely 100% correct.
60-80mcg, and with the use of dnp, you'll be running like a Swiss Watch.
