I am in the first week of my cycle and I am having a lot of pain in my shoulder and hip joints. Does not seem to be the same pain I had lifting before the juice, anyone else have this prob or a cure?

Thanks

I have never had real sever joint pain, but when I get it I hvae used DMSO on the site. This seems to be a cure all substance. I first thought it was just for transdermal application of stuff, but on reading it is great for joint pain. It smell like shit and kinda gives a bad taste in your moth but it works! Also I assume you are lifting correctly? A lot of pian comes from improper form of exercises.

be sure to warm-up your shoulders with very light weight when hitting chest or shoulders..I use no more than a 12-15 lb dumbell to warm up my rotater cuff ..trust me you'll save yourself injury
