Most everything i have read recomends working out in the pm. I have to work out in the am before work, i do not eat before because i work out very hard for 45 mins. I puke on leg day at least 2 times a month. Any suggestions on an am meal guys because i feel like i am missing out on that extra meal.....levi IP: Logged |

Take digestive enzymes with your meal or protein shake-its well worth the small investment.I also train in the a.m.-just set my alarm earlier than the average guy.REMEMBER-Do the opposite of the majority and you will be successful.Good luck. IP: Logged |

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to get up a little bit earlier in order to consume and digest a meal rich in high gly. carbs and protein. IP: Logged |

Big Tex, Here's what to do...and if your not on gear and going out partying it'll help too! EAT PLENTY OF HOT DOGS...yes, that's right hot dogs. That way when you puke...the chunks are too big to go through your fingers, and you have the option of eat'en them again, or throwing them away!!!! BWAAAAAAAAAA!!! hehehehe !! Hey Ranger, that was pretty nasty, nothing like the taste of food the second time. Its kind of like recycling corn out of the crap! Working out on an empty stomach is the best time to lift if your goal is to burn fat. It forces your body to use fat as an energy source.. You should digest anywhere from 700-1100 calories within 15 minutes of your workout and continue every two hours or so for 7 meals a day. If your just looking for mass try toeat drink some carbs before you go tha will help. $@) IP: Logged |
