![]() ![]() ![]() I have heard that if you use Ref-b before a workout you can get more pumped and lift more. I am talking about between cycles. Like maybe 2 times a week right before your heavy workouts. Anyone else try this or is it a waste of juice. Thanks T.. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() myself i use refvb to kick my workouts and it works, but i only do it while on a cycle and in light doses, relying on the test. for my gains. you could also just do methyltest if you want an aggression kick, but the dbols better. IP: Logged |
