ok...here's my thing...i keep low carbs,low fat and high protein...shit i eat my share of carbs though...ok here it is
morning: oatmeal or frosted mini wheats w/ half cup of skim milk and protein shake w/ eggs...protein 40g fat 13g
Lunch:can of tuna or chicken breast, fat free yogurt, strawberry milk chug... protein 60g fat 7g
afternoon: chopped chicken breast (canned) and 1 cup of skim milk and 2 cups of juice protein 35g fat 1.5g
Dinner:2 chicken breast, 1 cup skim milk...protein 60g fat 12g
Late-nite snack:protein shake w/ egg whites...protein 30g fat 1g
that leaves me w/ 225g of protein and 34.5g of fat...sometimes i spurge cause of my insatiable appetite...but usually during the week i can follow this rather closely...the key is timed meals...also protein bars help in mid morning...the only time i really take in carbs is after a workout...i drink like 100g of carbs from juice..simple sugars...i don't eat carbs after 6-7pm unless i go out and drink...my protein only has like 2carbs so..that helps as well cause any carbs that are not worked off ...turns into FAT!!...
give me some of your own dieting input too and comments on mine...thanks

Sounds like a good plan bro,
heres my current cutting diet.
Morning:9am, Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Hot Cereal,
Eggs, OJ
11am: 2scoop protein shake (46g), two servings of brown rice
12:30pm: workout
2:30pm: protein shake (46g) one serving of brown rice or potatoes.
5pm: Fish or chicken 2servings, vegatables
7pm: Chicken or Salmon 2servings, vegatables
9pm: Protein shake (46g)
11:30pm: One last protein shake, right before bed.
As Im dieting down, Im keeping my caloric intake around 21-2300cal. my carbs have been reduced to 150-200g a day, no extra fat, and I bumped my protein up to between 270-300g a day. I only use simple carbs right after my workout, to replace glycogen stores and keep my body anabolic.
