what is the best way to take anadrol. I'm not looking for size as much as safety. Would one week on, 4 weeks off do it. Or would going up to 2 weeks be better. I know other drugs work better than anadrol for gaining and keeping muscle, but i would like to know what is the best way to take it if you want to keep the muscle you get IP: Logged |

Whats this "time off" crap?? If you cycle wisely, moving from androgenic to anabolic you shouldn't have to take time off. But no, you're cycle will not be enough for serious gains, because the gains in the week on would go away (anadrol is bad for keeping gains) by the time you start the next week. IP: Logged |

so the amount of time you spend on anadrol doesn't matter? if i use it for 1 week i will lose all the muscle, just as i would with an 8 week cycle of it. I don't know if that is true. i have seen results in others if they keep the time somewhat short. but i need more info IP: Logged |

JOE these guys are fucking with you. keep it short and take clomid for best results. thats what I would do. you are going to lose a lot no matter what cause a big portion of the wieght is water weight- just remember that and be happy with the "muscle" gains you get. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i usually take (wks/tabs)1,2,3,2,1,clomid x 3 wks. i would say i keep about 2/3 of the gains. make sure you eat a ton, sleep about 10hrs/day and stress hard on those muscles. at about week two-three you will feel great strength gains and size (a lot of it is water weight though.) but its fun! If you only stay on the juice for one week it will not have time to even get active!you should stay on at least 3 weeks ,but then you are really going to have to slam that stuff down .(high doses make up for short time frame) IP: Logged |

you must not think highly of me. I would never go above 100 mg a day. maybe 150 in extreme cases. And the best gains come in the first week. Usually 7 or 8 lbs. 2 weeks can get you 11-12 lbs. works better combined with TA. IP: Logged |
