Just go in and say the name Humalin R,N, or L. You do know the difference correct. Also ask for a receipt just in case you have to give them a song and dance about it's for your sick mother and shit like that.THe receipt makes it look a little more legit. IP: Logged |

I have never heard of any body having a problem, in most states no prescription is required. I would not know because insulin is something that I am leary to mess with- just too many variables to account for. peace ------------------ IP: Logged |

You can get it anywhere in Texas, but that is something i dont yet have the balls to try. I have a diabetic friend and his life is HELL!! I just dont think its worth the chane fellas!! The guys that use it and use it the right way i take my hat off to yall. (That Texas for "you all"..HHAHAHAH) But i know several guy who just go up to the counter and buy it..levi IP: Logged |

I've used insulin a number of time and it is safe, you just gotta use your head about it. Using insulin is really delicate and you must know about it. You can't just go on a board and say, "This is my first cycle of insulin...how much should I take?". I say it's safe but I know a hell of a lot about the stuff, in actually it is probibly one of if not the most dangerous gear used by BBs. As for buying it, there's no problem to it. While you are reading up on it *hint* you will learn all about it, so when you go to your pharm to buy it no one will look at you. Some places I buy it I have to ask the pharmacist at other places it is stored in a cooler out in the open. When it comes down to it, if you know what you are going to get and not looking like a kid getting his first pack of rubbers the pharmacist will just think you are diabetic. Hope this helps.
