its a few months back, but its worth it to look it up. the sets arent that many so i am sure most on the board here would add another exercise but i like the routiine alot. been using it for the basis of my trainin for a few weeks now. basically they pick a few exercises and go 10-8-6-15 reps sets. i changed up their routine a bit, moved the body parts i like to train together, together. split up a few others... give it a whirl if your in a rut. Ok, I looked at it. Haven't read that issue yet. I'm in college and have to read alot of school related books. I try to read my mags when I can. Anyway, I scanned it. It looks ok. Maybe its just me, but I do more sets for most body parts. Some people scream over-training, but I'm still growing. Anyway Lee Priest said it best" There is no such thing as over-training, just under resting." He says that if you eat alot and rest alot you will not be over-trained. Anyway, have tried a few of the programs in Flex and seem to like them. Also try their diet advise too. IP: Logged |
