I was reading waht your occupation was and figured you would know the chemical pathway(what it is converted to and the effects) that winnie takes when injected through your body. Thanks for the help bro! IP: Logged |

Well, okay...Winny (stanozolol) differs from testosterone due to the presence of a pyrazole ring on the first component of the tetracyclic structure (all steroids possess this structure). In addition it has a methyl group on carbon seventeen (no infamous c-19s) It also lacks the usual ketone functional group due to the above mentioned characteristics. Although these differences may seem trivial, they generate profound biological differences! Natural steroid biosynthesis is a lengthy (damn lengthy), which occurs by enzyme catalyzed epoxidation of squalene (not just for sharks...), followed by several additional reactions and carbocation rearrangements. Anyway, you're bored, by now....On we go.. The human body is a highly efficient manufacturing plant (cliche), It does not produce materials that are deemed non-essential (like massive quads). It cannot afford the time and energy. After all, enzymes exist! Much of the anabolic assembly, we are concerned with is shut down by a type of allosteric (enzymatic) modification called feedback inhibition. Anemia, trauma, and other diseases can accentuate this process. In comes gear. Pharmaceuticals (many at least) cause conformational changes in the integral proteins on the surface of the cell. This cell surface (membrane) is the focal point for numerous biochemical activities, like anabolic pathways. One of its primary jobs is to respond to external signals like hormones. This whole process is called signal transduction. ASs like winny basically decrease inhibited feedback and allow for greater protein synthesis and enhanced nutrient uptake to occur. E-mail me you need anything else bro. I don't proclaim myself an expert by any means, I'm sure macrophage and some of the others can give you additional info. *primo* IP: Logged |
