I know most people get them, but is there anything you can do about them???I've been working hard ass hell for 1 year to regain the size I lost in my Stupid Ass quest for running glory...And now that I'm getting my weight back up to around 200lbs, I'm getting stretch marks that are unbelievable...Usually under my arms by my back and Chest... Any suggestions? IP: Logged |

Vitamin E and lots of tanning. I know in China they use dog saliva, which oddly when applied under direct sunlight converts to an isotope of Vitamin E.

if you have already got them retin-a seems to help but may make you sun sensitive. so put it on at night. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Damn, i've never heard of cutting them open. But once you got'em you got em. The tanning will cover them up, but you will never get rid of them totally. One day Ill be old as hell looking at my saggy skin, and I'll see the stretch marks, and I will smile because I will know that I made these stretch marks when I was in my prime, kickin ass and takin names!Hell Yea!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

I have seen some pretty bad stretch marks before, but I think they go away after a while; otherwise, use Vitamin E. I don't really like Retin-A; it makes me peel too much, and very sun sensitive. IP: Logged |

VIT E...although it never worked for me. i have a serouis case of strech marks on my arms. my biceps grew an inch and a half in 9 days. tell me if that's not screwed. this was before i used a cycle.....but i went to the doc to see if he could give me something to get rid of them, and he acused me of using riods. he said stop using steriods, and they should go away. so i looked him dead in the eyes, and said FUCK YOU FOR THAT STATEMENT.... that's when i was natural man...lol IP: Logged |

Nothing removes them, But Once you start tanning alot and develop a good tan,Take some self tanner Neutrogena "mild" is my favorite and apply in the spot that these occur. It hids them very nicely. IP: Logged |

I agree w/ ASAP about the oral Vit. E. I don't know of much that will get rid of the marks, but I think the Vit. E and tanning will help prevent them. Good Luck!

scuff up the stretch marks with a loofa (spelling?) sponge to break up the scar tissue and then use the vitamin E IP: Logged |
