close grip bench. when i work chest i work triceps after chest. i do 2 or 3 sets of close grip bench, then i go to the tricep pulldowns, and do 2 or 3 sets there. i don't hit triceps to hard because there already huge from benchin, but i think close grip bench is the best......... IP: Logged |

alot of people dont think so but if you strap 3 45's between your legs and hit some solid dips it is a good mass builder plus it will hit your pectoral minors and front delts nice as stabalizers IP: Logged |

You might wanna try nosebreakers. They work real good for me. Close grip is definately a good mass builder too. After a set of nosebreakers do a super set by close grip benching the ez curl bar. Trust me your arms will blow up. IP: Logged |

Try working bis n tris on the same day, alternating sets bis-tris-bis-tris... by alternating sets and taking 60 to 90 seconds between sets you will get several advantages... 1. time between sets for each muscle group will be between 3 and 4 minutes, I know this sounds like a long rest but it will allow you to use max weight on each set 2. The movement of the antagonist muscle will flush blood in and lactic acid out of the resting muscle 3. you will get a hell of a pump while you are training and if nothing else its good for a psychological boost. Here is an example.... Skull Krushers 4 sets of 6-9 Overhead rope extensions 2 sets of 8-12 dumbell kickbacks 2 sets of 8-12 Remember it is a set for set alternation, so you will be getting long rests for each muscle group therefore you have to go balls to the wall on each set or it wont work. Take a Double dose of ultimate orange try this workout and e-mail me. I would like to know what you think. Lets Get F**Kn BIG BROS!! IP: Logged |

I like nosebreakers. I like close grip bench, but I dont feel as much of a pump. I also like two handed behind the neck dumbell extensions IP: Logged |

lately ive been starting tris with close grips then tri push downs. i feel the close grip bench is giving the size and the pushdowns are pumpin up and bringin all the good stuff in there. IP: Logged |

I see no one has mentioned one dumbell overhead tricep extentions (say that one fast three times)keep your elbows straight up at the ceiling lower behind your head push backup (before my recent near miss with death and the susaquent surgery I was useing 130x10x3)Toss in some skullcrushers and you will have fried your tris to the max IP: Logged |
