Try a HIT routine with extreme attention to perfection. If you do it properly, you will want to puke and pass out! IP: Logged |

I start only use db's, I start with the incline bench(pyramiding 6 sets). Flatbench I do the same. I hit the peck deck for 4 sets and then I hit the cable cross for 3 sets. I do this once a week and I really grow like a mad man!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

What's a HIT routine, studcj, tisk, tisk. I'm disappointed to hear that from you. Even a rookie like my self is familiar HITing ;-) Well, enough of insulting here is where you can learn how to HIT yourself. Pay attention to the PROPER form. Better yet, perfect form. I clouldn't aggree more with chest. So you want some, come get some https://www.elitefitness.com/training/hit.html I also would really recommend you to read the manual that comes with STENANDIOL. I don't know about the product, but the manual is very inspirational and good HIT techniqe there. If you HIT your self properly, you'll want to be running for mommy! ------------------ IP: Logged |

I start off with flat barbell bench: 2 warmup sets then 4 sets. Sometimes I go heavy like 6-5-4-6 or 5-3-3-2. Other times I go for reps like 4 sets of 6-8. After that I go do 4 sets of flat DB, then 4 sets of incline DB. Next I hit the dips: 3 sets to failure. Thats mainly what I do all the time. On occasion I'll throw in some flyes, cable crossovers, and smith-machin close-grip incline. IP: Logged |

WHY DONT YOU TRY CHANGING YOUR REP SPEED. SAY MAYBE SIX COUNTS ON THE DESCENT, A PAUSE, 1 COUNT ASCENT. AFTER THE LAST COMPLETED REP DO A NEGATIVE OF AS LONG AS YOU CAN. HAVE SPOTTER TAKE WEIGHT OR DUMB DUMBELLS. 3-4 SETS OF 4-6REPS+ BURN OUT NEGATIVE NEGATIVES ARE EXTREMELY BRUTAL ANOTHER OPTION IS TO DO ONE REP CLOSE TO YOUR MAX, THEN DO ONE NEGATIVE REP, HAVE SPOTTER RACK WEIGHT- STRIP OFF A QUARTER OF THE WIEGHT DO AS MANY REPS AS CAN- WITH A NEGATIVE AT THE END. REPEAT UNTIL YOU ARE USING JUST THE BAR. YOU WILL BE SUPRISED AT HOW HEAVY IT IS. DONT COME CRYIN TO ME ABOUT HOW SORE YOU ARE THOUGH. BTW- A GOOD WARM UP BEING ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS AS WELL AS STRICT FORM- IMPACT BENCHERS MIGHT AS WELL FORGET IT BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY DONT HAVE ENOUGH ECCENTRIC STRENGTH TO ATTEMPT DOING HEAVY NEGATIVES. ------------------ IP: Logged |
