In our world of wieght training to get bigger and stonger, there are many conflicting theories and opinions. While you may get caught up in the latest fads, here is what I have learned in the 16 years of weight training.
ASSFACE'S TOP TEN LIST OF THINGS THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING BIGGER AND STRONGER!!
10. Squats, deadlift, benches, and
cleans. Do em or you will forever
call yourself a hardgainer.
9. Eat according to your goals - bulk up
or cut up, set your plan and follow it.
8. Change your training style every 3-4
weeks, even if its something as simple
as changing your rep tempo.
7. Keep a training log and try to perform
at a higher level every single workout.
Even if you do one more rep with the
same weight, you are ONE REP BIGGER AND
STRONGER!
6. Be open to new training concepts and
incorporate them as needed. You just
might grow!
5. Tricep kickbacks will not make your arms
big.
4. The manufacturers of womens spandex
outfits should join together and no
longer make spandex workout outfits
any bigger than a medium size.
3. Take 5 minutes and warm up before you
train.
2. The power rack is not for bicep curls.
1. GO TO THE GYM TODAY!! DO NOT SPEND THE
REST OF YOUR LIFE KNOWING YOU COULD HAVE
BEEN ONE DAY BIGGER!!!!!!

what is a tricep kickback? What kind of question is that? If you don't know what a kickback is i suggest that you get off of your computer and get into the gym. give me a break buddy!

A Tricep kickback is when you take a dumbell, lean over and bend and extend your arm backwards. Supposed to build your tricep.
