About 5 years - waited three and a half years to start gear - made sure I knew as much about myself and my body first...and I would advise those who are interested to wait at least that long.....if they can... Matt IP: Logged |

21 years the most time off has been 3 weeks on 2 occassions and recently 4 weeks to recover from surgery IP: Logged |

been working out since i was 15, i'm 22 now, so about 7 years, had about 6 months off for surgery, ( torn rotator cuff(cup?) dislocated my shoulder, & cracked my shoulder blade ) yep all at the same time. i'v never stopped working out besides recovering after surgery......oh! yeah i'v only done 1 cycle.....but hope to do more.. Been lifting for 5 years. Longest break was for 2.5 monthes....dislocated shoulder. I think I came back too early cuz it still bothers me once in a while. Juiced just last year for the first time. Going on my second in March....can't wait! IP: Logged |
