Ok... we all know the nonesence surrounding A.S... (I'd dosent work.. toxic shock .. death in the locker room etc.) Roids work.. and they can get you really big and strong... I've done 3 cycles and have stayed off about 6 months inbetween...I've managed to rock my weight up 22kgs those of you who have stayed off longer and continued lifting hard... how much have you kept? How much more have you gained naturally?? I'm sick of hearing how I will revert to my natural state in a few years even if I keep training hard.... Blood sweat and no tears, IP: Logged |

funny... you really think you wont touch em for a few years? especially since you KNOW first hand what they can do. i just got off last week and want to shoot again, hell i still have stuff in my body, but my head is telling me 15more lbs. IP: Logged |

After my last cycle, I was off for 3 months, and gained 1/2 inch on the arms, and gained 6 pounds. Not great. But better than I thought I'd do coming off. The 3 months was hell... but I'm back on again. IP: Logged |

in the long run you will find that your weight will constantly be going up and down, but most of the actual muscle will stay or come back quickly as long as you train hard, it took me 2 years to get back to the size that i was when i was juicing heavy, but I got there. IP: Logged |

if you aren't nuts and cycle properly you will probably keep them for years. That is what someone i knew said. He was off for 10 years, and he lost some muscle but he was still quite big IP: Logged |

All my cycles have been mainly test based with either sustanon or omnadren as the base Source. I Gained 25lbs on my first cycle and kept 20 of it while cutting up. I gained 18 on my second cycle and kept about 15 of it and gained 10 on my last cycle and kept all of it. all and all I have managed to cruise from 185 to about 230 in just 3 years, not to shabby. My last cycle was 10 weeks and I took 400mg cyp weekly and 500mg sus250 weekly. I gained 25lbs. I only took off four weeks until I started my next cycle. In those four weeks I took the following. First 3 weeks clomid. All 4 weeks I took cell-tech and sportpharma vanadyl sulfate. I also used ephidrine as a stimulant and anti-catabolic. I gained 6 lbs over those 4 weeks. I just started 750mg/week of test enanthanate and 37mg trenbolone acetate every other day and 50mg A-50 daily (Han Kuk brand anadrol). After this cycle I will take about 6 weeks off. IP: Logged |

shit...i gained...25lbs...in one cycle...and kept it all...i know 5lbs was probley fat but i am so...much bigger and stronger... all i took was eq/deca/fina...the key is protein intake though...try to get those swanson's chunk chicken...0.5fat and 11g protein/serving 2.5 servings...i also it mad canned tuna...i like star kist...and i also eat mad tyson frozen chicken breast not to mention an extra 20-30g protein on lifting days...i also have protein shakes 1 in morning and one before night...low carbs at night...don't eat anything too carby after 6:30, 7 at night...unless it's beer...lol...also i have a protein bar about 45min-1hr after lifting on lifting days IP: Logged |

First Cycle: d-bol tabs, noththing else gained 25, lost 15 (lotsa water retention) Cycle2 (one year later) Cycle three (two years later): didn't know much about A.S. when I cycled back then. Know a shitload more now. Time to get back on the train I thinks starting digits 5'9" 165 uh body fat is about 15-17%

My last cycle was low doses of Anabolex (D-bol) and moderate doses of EQ for 7 weeks. I gained 15 pounds, but I did some E in the summer and I lost it all plus a few extra pounds. Stay away from the E. IP: Logged |
