Hi,

quote from a european newspaper (sorry for my bad english):

"In the New York scientific magazine Archives of General Psychiatrics, scientists claim that some fanatic bodybuilders suffer from a psychic disruption which can be treated with medication. In some cases can be spoken of a psychic disruption called 'bigorexia' and is the opposite of anorexia.
While patients suffering from anorexia think they're too fat, patients suffering from bigorexia think they're too thin or 'flubby' (fat). Bigorexia will soon be acknowledged as a psychic disruption that 1 to 2% of the American population suffers from."

So, are you big enough yet? (-:

auto20040,

Your English is great, don't worry.

About the article; I could have told those scientists that without their fancy research!!! I do not compare myself to what I was, but instead to what I could be.

It's called "muscle dysmorphia" - no mater how big you get you are always too small.

I'm a classic case.

actually the correct term is muscle dismorphia and you know you have it when you freak out if you miss a meal or the proper grams or protein and you never think you look big enough and you always think with your next cycle you will become a monster

That has more to do with someone who is 260 but thinks that they are only about 110. It is about extreme cases. Not many have the extreme version of it.
