Before workout had cantelope, after had microwave lasangna and protein shake ...10:00 had 2 pieces of chicken boneless and 1 otis spukemeyer muffin..12:00 had 2 bake potatoes stuffed with chicken and sour cream rice and beans....1:30p.m. had protein shake and another frozen lasangne dinner....4:00 soy protein bar and rest of cantelope.....And just finished large pizza and wings (had to shire with 2 1/2 year old but we ate it all)well still got to nite to go what you think Bro's should I be worried about fat and all that bullshit with my un geared 201 6'4 frame... ------------------ IP: Logged |
