Get on a good cutting diet, add cardio and start with say just some sus 250 to 500 mg wk. Maybe use deca or even go on a cutting cycle with eq or winny. Get the fat off and pump up your strength.

Good luck!

I'd get on something like winny or eq if you don't want the gains to be too noticeable, and hid the cardio hard take some eca and sweat baby sweat!

I agree. Grab some Clen or DNP if you're careful. 4 min. cardio plan @ least 3 days a week. 30 sec. jog, 30 sec. sprint for 4 min. Add 1 min. a week!

Walking, although time consuming is one of the best ways to burn fat and will help prepare your heart for more intense cardio.
eating properly during cycle and combined with the use of antiestrogens will help with fat loss. estrogen makes you fat it is anabolic to fat.
watch those insulin levels to- work on impproving your insulin sensitivity- cause insulin makes you fat too.

It depends on how easily you lose fat and keep muscle vs how easily you gain muscle without gaining fat on a bulk cycle. It also depends on your end goals whether they tend towards being big or being ripped. If you use T3 I would definately only use it with AS to spare your muscles.-

Macro, Your like the only other person I EVER seen post that walking is good. I've used walking as the base to all my cardio and have found it to be excellent. No stress on the knees (mine are good, but hey, I'm not taking ANY chances), good overall body movement. You ever try to "fast walk" That will kick you ass - literally! And calves... OUCH!

I find that walking has multiple benefits- cardio, scenery- mission bay is nice this time of year (hell actually any time of the year), and I can get some CA sun.

-regular sun has been shown to improve mood and I get a little SAD during the shorter days of winter- seasonal affective disorder- I actually need the sun.

besides, I think that more intense cardio can be more catabolic especially if engaged in regularly.

I agree that walking is very good. Try to use a garbage bag around your chest and stomach, like a pancho..while walking...sweat to lose fat baby...also I'd recomend a winny or eq cycle as well! $.02!!!

GET HUGE AND DROP BOMBS!!!!
