hi there! please share your knowledge with me; - what risks do i take if i go on (not too much) test+deca for 10 weeks if i have an 'above normal' to high blood pressure? should i wait until i've lowered my bp? - this might be a very stupid question, but apart from doing cardio and eating right, is there any other way to lower bp, like medication or such? any experience with it? thanks, auto20040 IP: Logged |

Good question auto. A few people have told me that cycling increased their blood pressure. The physician's desk reference agrees. Cardio training (say no more) can do quite a bit for HBP, diet does less. Try drinking more water. If you are interested in medication, ask a doctor (better if he knows the whole story) for an ACE inhibitor. ACE inhibitors are effective, specific, and with much less side effects and interactions than other HBP meds. Even if it is just borderline HBP, it would probably be best to deal with it now. Stay huge for many years to come. IP: Logged |

Water retention deferred with how much Deca i was mixing with my Test, but definitely made my blood pressure rise. IP: Logged |
