I finished a cycle of Pump n' pose that I purchased through www.pumpnpose.com. I gained about 1 3/4 inches on my biceps. Does anyone know how long I should wait before doing another cycle and are my gains consistent with anyone else who has used this product? Also, I have read that you maintain about 70% of gains for 3-4 years. Any information from experienced synthol users would be appreciated. Thank you. IP: Logged |

Don't use Pump N Pose. PGF2 is better. It works better, is waaayyyyy cheaper, and is pretty much permanent. It adds strength, muscle hardness, and weight gains. IP: Logged |

The guy who owns the web site is very helpful as far as details for those interested. As much as it hurt, the guy injecting this into his"wee wee" must have been pretty desperate. By the way, the reason I chose this over the pgf2 was the side effects. Just the mere chance of shiting myself down at Golds is turn off enough. In addition, the gains are said to last up to 3-4 years. I personally feel the 1 3/4 gains were worth the $250.00 My biceps were really lagging IP: Logged |

"Gains" from synthol are permanent, relatively speaking that is. It takes the body about 3-4 years to metabolize the stuff. Unless you're injecting improperly you shouldn't get any negative side affects, and the price isn't that bad, 2-3 hundred dollars is pretty standard. IP: Logged |

Have you tried capristan from UK? It is suppose to be better than the P&P----+ it the body will not reject it in 2:3 years. It is permanent. Myself I am currently using pgf-2 and will see what will happen with that, then I will use the capristan. You had great gains with the P&P---way to go dude!! [[---]] ------------------ IP: Logged |
