Hi there. I've just started a cycle (first timer),but i'm a medic so i know about how to do it,but the thing is my 1st. time was a total disaster, i only got half the amp. into the serinj. and find the handlling of the serinj while the needle was inside very difficult, any tips about doing it would be much eprish.

Concentrate on relaxing the muscle that the needle is in. If your muscle is tense, you won't be able to push the plunger in. Another possibility: you might be in a vein. Try pulling the needle out about half a centimeter and attempt to push the plunger again - remember to relax!!! IP: Logged |

If you are having trouble getting around and getting it in another trick is to put it in with say your left hand into your left cheek and then back up against something like a wall or frig. or if you are a medic have another corpman do it. IP: Logged |

you can do it in the leg, but its a tricky spot, also draw back on the plunger, if your pullin blood your in a vien. I agree with others, get a friend to do it. IP: Logged |

reach around and shot it in the thickest part of your ass. 1. reach around with your left hand and using you left thumb and pointing finger, spread apart your skin at the injection site to insure that the needle goes straight in. 2. Insert needle slowly 3. shoot slowly, be patient, you'll find your own way of doing it. IP: Logged |

The REAl way to do it:
Take a shower and scrub well. Get on your bed on all fours naked. Have your partner use a strap on with a redi-ject on it to inject you.
