HEY, everyone has their moments of weakness! I lift sometimes and feel like shit, and my weights I'm pushing regularly seem heavy as hell...When you feel like shit at the gym, fight through, every little bit counts...use having a bad day lifting motivate your next workout!! works for me!!

They say that when you feel like shit and are just having a motivation problem it is a sign that you are over training. If you are not juicing then how often are you working out. When I juice I tend to work out 6 days on 1 off. 40-45 min. workouts one muscle group a day. But if I'm clean I drop down to 3-4 days a week because your recover time is reduced. Unless you just got off a cycle and are in metabolic lag I would listen to your body and take a week off. Remember your body grows when it rests.....

I lift hard Mon-Fri with 20 min. of cardio, Then Sat. and Sun.
I do light lifting, and about 45min of cardio.

If you're down take some time off, works for me. If i spend any serious time away from the gym, i can't wait to get back. I sit around thinkng about doing excersises and i get all worked up to go work out.

If your smacking 7 days a week, light or not, it may be best to take Sat. and Sun. off. The three priciples point out Eat,Rest, Grow. Especially since your getting cardio in there to, you may be bordering on overtraining. Remember Bro, you grow outside the gym not in it. Bleed Iron man...and Good Luck!

Take some time off. I find to that when I start cutting up for a contest, I began to loose my endurance, hence my motivation, try adding some more carbs through out the day. And don't overtrain.
