All you substance experts out there...this may be a dumb question, but at the age of 19 I have completely stopped growing at the height of 5'6". Mainly out of curiosity, is there any drug/substance out there (some sort of GH or something) that can add a couple of inches to my frame (vertically). I'm not looking to grow a foot or anything, just wondering if there was anything or not. Thanks for your time guys/girls...write me back either to tell me I'm stupid or that there is hope for us verticallly challanged people after all.... thanx, sincerely, your fellow body builder IP: Logged |

I feel the same way, but from what I understand you can grow with GH if your bones haven't fused, yet. That's my last hope. Otherwise, I will just make up for the height with more muscle.
