im really interested in hit training
i play div. II football and i desperately need to get my 225 reps up fast and id love to gain some weight before spring ball

I do HIT Aerobic training and it keeps the fat off and makes you push yourself into the ground. But I don't do it too much for weightlifting. Try the bill phillips webpage it has info on that, try checking out some of the past magazines at musclemedia.com and some training tips it's pretty good info

hey dabomb, you should know better than to consult bill phillip's; he's a sell out mutherfucker! Anyways, if you really want power in your bench try using Paul Chek's home page or West Side Barbell club. They have great shit.
