Im going to start a cycle next week using test cyp, GH and deca.
I HATE WATER RETENTION!!!!
What can I do to not retain water? I dont want to take Clomid or Arimidex cause Im affraid that it will block my gains! Clomid helps with water retention????
Another question: even using GH I will retain water from the test cyp?
THANKS!

You will still retain water on the cyp. if you're predisposed to water retention. Some guys actually get harder on cyp.!! Nolvadex will prevent alot of water retention. I don't believe that it does anything to prevent gains - I've helped lots of guys in the gym and myself and I always recommend Nolvadex. The only reason you will appear smaller is because you're not bloated with water!

Never heard of someone who had that much against the water retention. But try taking in at least a gallon of water a day and keep your sodium low and potassium high. Sodium will cause you to hold water while potassium will release it. Or just take some lasix everyday (just kidding)

Drink tonnes of water. Use nolvadex and/or clomid, they won't affect your gains but can help somewhat in water retention. You may wish to try your luck at herbal diuretics, like licorice root, dandelion, etc. You can find many varieties of water pills at health food stores. You can try a hard core diruetic like lasix, et al., but unless you are competing, I'd avoid it as it can put you in the hospital.

If you are dead set against any water retention, then Use AS that don't have this problem. Use EQ instead of deca, and drop test to a lower level. You can use primo, winny, masteron (expensive), fina, etc. It is more expensive and the gains are slower, and remember that water does add strength, but if this is what you want, you may consider it.

arimidex will not reduce you gains- unless you mean fat or gyno gains.

use a herbal pottasium sparing diuretic like dandelion root.

You might wanna try Taraxatone. You can probably find it in most nutrition supplement stores.
