I am a 19 year old student who is 5'11 and weigth 160. I have always been small and I want to become much bigger. I have done a lot of research about it and I was just wondering what the best anabolic steroid for me would be. I am looking for the best resukts with the least amount of side effects. This is also something that I would be looking to do for only 1 cycle.

hahaha he said only one cycle. ummm anyway if you did your studying you would have an idea of what you might want to do. then you could narrow your question down.

sustanon seems to be highly regarded and fairly safe.

you have to be kidding me! one friggin cycle!
you aren't gonna get anything that's really worth a damn bro. If you actually wanted something that causes gains and something that you could keep, I'd suggest a heavy primobolan depot cycle. It'll give you maybe ten pounds and you'll keep it. But I'd seriously look into investing a little more time and effort into researching steroids before I took one goddamn cycle. I mean you have to be realistic here. One cycle will put on weight but you'd still be a tiny 160 at 5'11". It'll take a few before you really notice a difference.

Hey Poles, before anything read Marauder's Post, where everybody tells him his to young for roids, you are too. But do what Hard2 is telling you and make a research if you really choose roids, see what is good for you andwhat you can get, after that call us again. Forget about just 1 cycle, i bet with you that will be more. You'll love roids !!! (thats the problem...)

OK newbies pay attention cause this is the only time you'll here me do this. First off you have no business taking the shit. If you've done research you would be asking right now which is the best. That is a stupid question. Would you take aspirin for constipation or midol for athletes foot. I would hope you're saying no right now. Each anabolic has different properties for treating different problems in actual medical use. It's the same for body building purposes. You would take anandrol 50's the week prior to a show for hardness and you would take winstrol (by itself) during a bulking cycle. Use your head and do some research you are about to stab yourself with a needle and inject what ever the fuck I tell you to and you don't even know me. Go back and read a couple of days ago, I left a message for newbies wanting to juice and the others have concurred with me. But anyway here it is.

week1: 200mg test cyp.
week2: same
week3: 300-400mg test. cyp.
week4: same
week5: same
week6: same
week7: 50mg/day clomid 200mg/week deca
week8: same 300mg/week deca
week9: 300mg/week deca
week10: 300mg/week deca
week11: 200mg deca
week12: same

Your diet has to be very high in both calories and protein for you to retain anything on this after your cycle is over preload on creatine and keep preloading for one month. Creatine is an excellent anti-catabolic but because of your elevated cortisol levels after a cycle a much larger amount will be required. Keep an eye out for gyno while on the test it wouldn't hurt to have some novaldex on hand just in case. The test will put some major mass on you while the deca at the end will help solidify your gains making them more permanent. Don't expect to keep gaining all the way to the end of your cycle. Most of your gains are going to be in the first 5-6 weeks and again the deca is there to solidify things. Do it right newbie or you've wasted both my time and your money. Good luck..... See that post the other day for newbies wanting to juice there are some pointer in there for you.

What i dont' understand is that you said you've done a lot of research, if you have then you'd know what to take. I really dont' think you should be juicing.

At 19 you should have enough natural fucking test for all of us....sounds like you need to put more effort in naturally and after a few years of hard training an nutrition, you will realize your natural potential and then and only then start injecting good gear.

Well let see...When I was 19 I had so much test already running in me that I didnt need any extra. Let me ask you a few questions first. How long have you alread been lifting? If long time have you tried any of the good supplements out there? One cycle is not really going to get what you want. Do some reading, and dont take the easy way out because you will lose what you gain and then be all pissed! Good Luck

I wouldn't take anything at your age. Your body is making plenty of testosterone naturally.

Also if you're 5' 11", and 160, it doesn't sound like you've been training very long or very hard. (no disrespect, just an observation)

I think you should train without juice and see how your body develops - it sounds like you are frustrated with the slow development, so you want to just do a cycle, get big, and stay that way, then never touch the stuff again.

Doesn't work that way bro. My advice would be to do more research about dieting, use that knowledge, continue to train naturally, and let your body develop that way before you do a cycle of anything.

If you insist, there is plenty of knowledge already on the board that can help you.

Good luck bro,

Matt

Good advice Adonis. 19 is to young. Don't start roids until you hit your natural wall. (Gains become extremely hard) Use what you got first. Then look for that extra kick in the pants-

First it sounds as though you research is not very extensive.
I would advise you to begin a good dieting and weight training regimen. Gain what you can naturally. By starting a strict regimen as mentioned above you can gain as much as five to ten kilograms of weight (Naturally.)
At a certain point your body will find a peak. Then I would advise you to increase your calorie and protein intake to higher levels and then possibly taking steroids.
I hope this information is helpful to you.

I disagree with most of them. 19 is not too young; however, Pharmaguy was right. You will not be able to only do one cycle. Everyone originally plans to only do one and they end up doing 15. Also, make sure you have been lifting about 2 years before you cycle, so you can get some natural gains first.

Hey Phiend, how old are you ??? Two years of training ??? It depends of how you train, eat and rest !!! Maybe begining from zero to 2 years you learned a lot, but this is not generaly thing... think of that. I know guys that train for 5 years and still don't know nothing !!! Give some roids to them an then everybody gonna say roids are no good, because some piece of shit did the wrong way !!!

Poles, how much do you know about nutrition? And what are your workouts like? The juice won't do you a damm bit of good if you aren't eating right and working out really hard. I'm not telling you not to do roids, or to do them. It is your choice either way. My advice is to really learn about nutrition, keep track of your food and how much you consume, ie. Protein, Carbs, Fats all in grams. You can pick up an Muscle and Fitness or Flex and learn how to calculate your daily caloric needs and break it down into grams. Then get a protein counter book that tells you portion size, protein, carbs and fats all in grams. You will also need a scale and measuring cups. Keep track of this for a while to gauge your eating habits. Also break your meals down into 5 or 6 medium size meals. I know this sounds like alot, or maybe too much and unnecessary, but I don't think that you've done as much as you can yet to put on a good base of mass. Also evaluate your training. Read, read ,read, or ask someone. These things worked for me. I couldn't understand why I wasn't gaining weight. I started keeping track of my food and understanding how much I need to eat. I had no clue how little I was eating until then. This is just a good tool to learn from. It has been 2 1/2 years that I've been doing this and I still keep daily records of my food. Yeah, I know about how much I should eat everyday now, but it still helps me out. Remember, juice isn't magic. You won't grow on juice unless you eat enough and train hard. Hope this helps. If you want to email me you can.
