Hey bros, I saw the thread on Bros who have trouble eating. I am the exact opposite I am always hungry. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem? Does anyone know of a good appetite suppressant either OTC or by Rx? I always eat clean but it is difficult to not eat in between meals because i am hungry again within an hour after eating. The only thing that worked for me was the Rx medicine Buspar. I was taking it for 2 months for anxiety and anger management and it killed my appetite. I stopped it on New Years Day and have since gained 19 pounds. ------------------ IP: Logged |

the e/c/a stack supresses it very effectively. you might lower your carb intake as the day progresses. drink more ice water and if your ont on a ketogenic diet, this will work... eat grapefruit or a citrus suplement. this is what i tried and it worked, right before a meal i would take a lemon and squeeze all the juice in a glass. put a little water in it and shoot it down like tequila. then i would drink a cup of strong coffee. it works but you better have some tums tums tums styles IP: Logged |

hardball, I used to dip all the time in college and you are right it will supress your appetite big time. I don't do it any more as it deteriorated my gum line. I couldn't even brush my teeth without bleeding for several minutes. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I do not have this problem, but my training partner does and he says that the diet fuel supplement and ripped fuel supplements do suppress his diet. Of course these are all basically ECA stacks in herbal form but you might try it. Also for RX cytomel wont suppress your appetite but it will burn the hell out of your fat stores if that is your purpose for an appetite suppresant. IP: Logged |

Xenadrine and Hydroxycut relly curb my eating habits. Dip worked for me also until I quit. Then I gained ten pounds. IP: Logged |

Hey Dino, I know what you mean about being hungry. I am cutting right now On about 3200 calories per day. I am used to force feeding myself all day long to gain any appreciable weight at this point, so on this amount of calories I am eating thinking what can I eat next meal and counting the minutes until im able to eat again. Im not a big supplement endorser, i dont use any supplements with the exception of thermogenics. I have been taking MD6 with descent results, and find that on the days I dont take it i stay hungry constantly. I have heard this from a few other bros too. Just make sure you take it between meals about 1.5-2 hours before you eat. kpumpin IP: Logged |

I don't know how much you guys know about ketosis, but if you drastically lower calories or fast entirely your stomach size will shrink significantly within 36-48 hours of last meal and you'll be using fat stores for energy instead of food. You won't have an appetite at all after 48 hours. I know this is terrible for muscles, but if you're eating 6000 calories a day for a long time, I know it's hard to just drop to 3000. Personally never tried this as a fat loss technique just because it's not healthy -- but there's no reason it won't work to get the fat off. Just a suggestion. Anybody have experience with starvation type diets? IP: Logged |

Actually, generic brand dexatrim works good. Watch combining it with ECA, since it has additive (side) effects. Good luck. IP: Logged |

CITRIMAX... garcinia cambogia... this is the reason that diet fuel and hydroxy cut curb the appetite more so then say, ripped fuel. and the added bonus is it prevents an enzyme production after you eat so your body doesnt store carbs as fat. IP: Logged |
