Cardio, what can I say, 'cept I hate it. BUT, I started doing 30-40 min two weeks ago for lunch. And tossed is some streching - can almost do the spilts. It's funny, you can toss on hundreds of lbs. for bench, add on even more for squats, and do high rep deads, but heaven help me I can't make 10 min on the stair master without taking a small break. Hell yeah, Without cardio we wouldn't have the stamina of a corpse. Not to mention no fat loss. 20-30 5 days a week is all ya need! IP: Logged |

for baseball conditioning, we do sprints and plyo's MON, WED, FRI...Distance TUES, THURS!!! Have some cardio huh!!!! LOL I fucking hate cardio. AND I FUCKING HATE PLYO's!!!! I HATE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW....just cause I gotta go to practice now, and it's distance day!!! WHOA HA!!! GET HUGE AND DROP BOMBS IP: Logged |

I have found that getting up early before work and running a couple miles three days a week, works well and you dont have to spend time in the gym dreading the bike or tread. IP: Logged |

JOGGING IN THE GYM IS SO DAMN BORING. I MEAN, WHEN YOU JOG OUTSIDE, AT LEAST THE SCENERY CHANGES. JOGGING ON A TREDMILL, THE FUCKIN THING COULD BE NO LESS WORSE THAN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT. AND IF YOU STARE AT THE CHICKS NEXT TO YOU, NEXT THING YOU KNOW THE GYM MANAGER IS TELLING YOU PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING THAT YOU ARE STARING AT THIER TITS. you know... two years ago when i was bigger, i used to dred it so much, i couldnt do it. iv lost a little mass now and im dieting. i take e/c/a in the morning and do 6.5mph on the tread mill for an hour straight. i dont care i love it, iv cut down to 5.5mph at 40min because im putting my body into starvation mode. i do weight training, cardio, weights, cardio and alternate everyday like that. it works for me. i always get up around 7 in the morning and do this and i feel great all day.

Hate cardio like me, find a sport. I can't stand jogging for 20 minutes. But I can play basketball for hours. Takes your mind off things when you get caught up in competition. IP: Logged |

I do this fucking shit everyday, early in the mourning empty stomach (with that bad breath !!) with ECAY and Clenb. My heart goes from 137 to 160bpm, and i wash the gym's floor !!! What can i do ? i have this fucking fat... ------------------ Take Care. IP: Logged |

I have grown to tolerate cardio. If it helps me get those abs (that I bust my ass for) to show more, then I'll do the dirty deed. It beats the hell out of what I used to do for wrestling practice. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Dont care for cardio to much in the winter months because the is no scenery. Just recently changed to cardio in the morning the working out later in the day so I dont dread the cardio. Ive been alternating w/ the bike and the treadmill, the bike seems to be helping out with the lower abs as well. --Keep working HARD!! -- Peace to the magician!! IP: Logged |

THE BEST CARDIO WORKOUT IS, WHEN YOU GET LAID JUST WIGGLE A LOT AND PUMP LIKE YOU DO ON THE THE BENCH AND SQUAT. IF YOU CAN KEEP A STEADY RYTHM FOR 20 MINUTES YOU MIGHT BE DONE. DO THIS 3 TIMES A DAY FOR TWO MONTHS. DRINK WATER AND TAKE PROTEIN AND EAT MEAT. WHICHEVER THE KIND. ITS A GREAT AB WORKOUT ALSO. IF YOU DONT HAVE A PARTNER GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS ANYWAY FOR PRACTICE FEEL FREE TO SUBSTITUTE ANYTHING IE: PARTNER FOR LITTLE JOE! ETC.ETC. ETC.

if you friggin hate cardio, and I mean hate cardio, like the big ASSFACE, try doing your cardio with weights. HUH!! YEah you heard me. grab a power rack and load up a bar w/135. superset a lower body move with an upper body move. Use a 3-5 second eccentric, 1 pause, 1 concentric tempo for all lifts. Dont rest more than 30 seconds between supersets; and enjoy perfect form in your lifts. Superset 1 - squat/military Superset 2 - deadlift/pushups Superset 3 - clean/bent row Superser 4 - front squat/upright row Superset 5 - lunge or 1leg squat/pullups Repeat if needed to hit your 20-30 minute time goal. Not only does this get your heart rate up just like the whoremaster; but your are hitting the muscles differently; as well as building up the support muscles because of the perfect form allowed by the ultralight weight. Besides, you like all these lifts anyway, now you can use the lifts to do the cardio you want to burn fat with. Throw is some abs at the end, and there you go. ASSFACE used this method 3-4 times per week in a cut phase along with my regulare training. In a natural state, I went from 229 down to 217 in 6 weeks, using only eca for help. ------------------ IP: Logged |
