4 protein shakes a day Just about anything from Subway Try going to Sam's Club or some other bulk supplier and getting a big box of chicken patties cheap. Eat a couple every day. Spaghetti with meatballs is probably the best. Best tasting carbs and protein there is. IP: Logged |

shakes with ice cream and oreos (reduced fat or I get too guilty), tons of dextrose and glucose polymers with a grape kool aid flavor packet for after work outs. as much other solid food that I can tolerate- it just gets hard to digest that much solid food when eating 6-7000+ a day- though i devour cashew nuts and throw in at least 3tablespoons of FLax oil. ------------------ IP: Logged |

CHINESE FOOD!!!! shit is loaded with calories... and if the dish is right you get a good amount of protein, even though i always add a few bars or shakes a day... (workin with the stuff within reach helps too). myoplex, cytoplex.... mesotech bars... oh, and arbys roast beef adds some serious beef... take the good with teh bad, then cut the bad when time comes. I slug back ProLab protein shakes every night before bed, eat LeanBody protein bars between breakfast and lunch, and have Myoplex after my workouts. Love turkey and chicken....eat all day every day.....protein without the fat bro! IP: Logged |

During a heavy bulk phase I don't worry about what I'm eating, so long as I'm eating 7 times a day. I have four or five shakes a day, usually a 16oz shake with protein and N-Large. And swallow down a can of sardines and tuna with each shake.

sounds like a lot of you dont really care what you eat when bulking(not saying its bad) but how much does your bodyfat go up? pesonally id rather spent more money on quality foods then increase my bodyfat more than i have to. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I get up at 5 everyday and start with 4 bannanas , cereal, eggs and juice. Arround 7 Ill eat 2 metrx protein bars. At 9 Ill eat a big bowl of fruit w/ tuna salad ,and a metrx shake. In between that another bar. For lunch Ill eat pasta with chicken.etc. All in all I eat about 7 metrx bars and three shakes with all the food in between, only when I cycle, because the bars and the shakes can be very expensive. I gain about 25 lbs when bulking up. IP: Logged |

I can taste the steak and A-1 now... I eat almost the same as when cutting just increase the portions. I take 1 or 2 days a week when i will eat pizza or some other things I like that are high in calories. Usually include lots of milk. kpumpin IP: Logged |

5:00 LARGE bowl of cereal. 8:00 one meat sandwich one yogurt one banana one fruit pie 11:00 same as 8:00 1:00same as 11:00 also through out my work day I would comsume 200 grams of protien drink (made about a half gallon shake) 3:00 lift 4:30 carb/protien drink 6:00 dinner 8:00 snack 11:00 bed All this just to maintain weight to gain I try to fin a way to ad another 1000 calories of junk!37 years old and my metabolism still kicks ass!! Buy canned turkey by bulk from sams club, along with tuna fish eat them plain out of the can 3-5 times a day. Cook at least 2-3 potatos in the micrwave fast and easy. Egg whites by the gallon and lot's of fat free cottege cheese. Campbells beef lovers stew, protein shakes or protein bars 2 times a day. at least 10-15 glasses of water a day. avoid the saturated fat but still get the calories. 190 lbs and lookin good at about 6% bodyfat all the time.
