none, i gotta drink water...lactose problem. I love breast milk though! that is sick as fuck, but when my girlfriend was pregnant with my now 1yr old daughter, BAILEY, fyi, i used to suck her nipples and although it was a bit salty, it was a sweet turn-on. About one gallon a week. I mix some of my shakes w/ orangs juice too, because I get tired of the thickness of the milk.

WHEN TRYING TO GAIN I DRINK ABOUT A GALLON OF BOTH MILK AND WATER A DAY THE WATER FLUSHES ME OUT AND THE MILK WAKES ME UP WITH THE LITTLE SUGAR IN THE AM WITH MY SHAKE AND PUTS ME TO BED WITH A 60 GRAM PROTEIN SHAKE BETTER THAN ANY DAMN SMOOTHIE.....MILK DOES A BODY GOOD... IP: Logged |

I never drink milk. Lactose is a sugar, and I try to keep my sugars low. But I do sometimes cook my eggs with a bit of skim milk. So I guess I take in about a gallon of milk in a month. IP: Logged |
