for real, i was wondering how many gal, of milk you guy's go through in a given week. counting with all your shakes.

NONE I AN ALERGIC TO MILK, IT SUX BECUASE I USED TO DRINK AROUND 2 GALS A WEEK, NOW I HAVE TO MIX EVERYTHING WITH WATER!!!!!!!!

I drink about 1 1/2. But I hate milk. I only
drink it with shakes.

none, i gotta drink water...lactose problem. I love breast milk though! that is sick as fuck, but when my girlfriend was pregnant with my now 1yr old daughter, BAILEY, fyi, i used to suck her nipples and although it was a bit salty, it was a sweet turn-on. I know I'm one sick bastard!!!!

About one gallon a week. I mix some of my shakes w/ orangs juice too, because I get tired of the thickness of the milk.

I go through about 5 gal. a week. By far the easiest source of protein.

i can only drink milk if its got somthing in it, chocolete,whey ect.
2-3protien/day
24-48oz.chocolete milk/day.

WHEN TRYING TO GAIN I DRINK ABOUT A GALLON OF BOTH MILK AND WATER A DAY THE WATER FLUSHES ME OUT AND THE MILK WAKES ME UP WITH THE LITTLE SUGAR IN THE AM WITH MY SHAKE AND PUTS ME TO BED WITH A 60 GRAM PROTEIN SHAKE BETTER THAN ANY DAMN SMOOTHIE.....MILK DOES A BODY GOOD...

I love milk, but everybody tells me that milk is a shit because of Lactose. After all, milk is or isn't good ?? And what about lactose free milk ??? And about breast milk HARD2 ??? kiding...

I never drink milk. Lactose is a sugar, and I try to keep my sugars low.

But I do sometimes cook my eggs with a bit of skim milk. So I guess I take in about a gallon of milk in a month.

Hey, dino I go thruogh about 3 or four gal a week. I f you drop some of your milk intake maybe you could loose some of the 19 pound you put on sense the begining of the year?

hey wbkid ,about the fat,I use 2% on my cereal and 1 % for protien drinks .
