muscle relaxent
some guys just get to amped up from all the juice and in some cases the stimulants/meth that they are using- so they take valium (diazapam) so that they can relax or sleep.
I personally do not htink that this is a good policy- stick with renwetreint or 1,4 butanediol, or one of their metabolites which is of course what I prefer.

If I am not mastakin I think I read somewhere (like in one of the short little science blurps in the magazines ) that it appariantly causes a temporary weight gain of 8 to 10 pounds but you lose ALL of it when you go off.Not to mention it is potentualy very addictive

I have not seen a weight gain on anyone that used Valium (diazepam). I am not saying that it is not possible, sure if you pop 30 mg of Valium everyday (just eating and sleeping) then you are going to gain weight -- fat.

new to this board, but i recognize all the monitors. diazapan, lorazapan, alprazolam ie
valium, ativan, xanax are all CNS depressants. their main perscriptive function are for alleviating short term anxiety. i also read somewhere about weight gain from it-but how in the^(%% could you train on it!? Im sure many BB's have used it
Andreaus Muntzer for one and im sure many have used Nubain, still another training stress reliever. All very addictive!!! not to mention mind impairing! Not a training aid-laterMZ

hey..I like it..good stuff.calms me down, and helps me think also relaxes me...could potentially be addictive as everyone says..I forget what I orginaially got it for(I got a script once, but it is over)....I would use something less addictive though if it is for everyday use to calm down...
