That stuff sucks. It has no space in bodybuilding. I'm sorry to hear that you tried it. If you have insurance you can get help through your doctor. I have heard that the GHB precursors(IE:Renewtrient, Somatopro, Reviverant....) two to four pills 3X a day.) will subside your cravings while you get clean. Problem is replacing a drug with another does'nt usually work, but the GHB prescursors are showing great promise for cituations like yours. Get em quick because FDA has a 60day policy in effect. For some people it is highly addictive if you live in constant pain then that addiction is acceptable. look at qfac.com
under the DD column there is an article on how to get off NUBAIN- which is fitting because duchaine takes credit for introducing it to bodybuildin.

Actually, its another drug in the same family called Ultran. In this country, it�s an oral medication and what it does, if u are dependant on Nubain, you just completely stop using Nubain and replace it with four Ultrans a day, every six hours. It completely stops the cravings for it, but there is no euphoria. Its almost like the "Methadone of Nubain." Every week you subtract a tablet, so after the next week, its three tabs a day, then a week later, two tabs a day, and then another week or so, you are off. No problems. No fever, no sneezing, no coughing, no diarrhea, no anxiety. Nothing!

I use nubain (read the name). i have been on it for 4-5 days a week for about 3 months. i do not do it on Saturday and Sunday. Because i do not train on those days. i take 1cc at house before workout, and then speed to the gym and it starts right when i get there!!! I do not take more than 1 shot a day! I have even forgotten to take it a couple times, and had no adverse reactions. i guess what i am saying is use in (almost) complete moderation!

Hey man I don't who recommended that stuff to you but its not cool. Real addictive stuff. Used to help addicts get away from morphine. Its alot stronger than demerol too. Ive read some not too good stuff about it. Glad you wanna get off it though. I'll check this website and see if I can help yo out bro.

Hey bro. Nubain is a "mixed narcotic agonist-antagonist" but is chemically similar to morphine and heroin. Withdrawal will mess you up. There are a few different schools of thought about withdrawal. You could take E2's advice and wean yourself off, but just because ultran isn't any fun does not mean it won't be addictive, just like methadone. Another way to go is to take narcotic antagonists like narcan (although better ones I can't remember right now are available) which will bring on withdrawal symptoms immediately, letting you deal with it and move on.
