I would always keep eating right,but also keep the intensity to a max level. be safe B IP: Logged |

Three things. 1) Eat to maintain mass. If you slip back to your pre-cycle caloriuc intake your body will lose a good deal of your gains. You need to eat to keep them. 2) Right after the cycle use clomid to bring the natural test levels up ASAP. You don't want to remain in a test reduced, cortisol increased, catabolic state for long at all! 3) Since right after your cycle you have depressed T levels and increased cortisol levels, cut back on training intensity until your natural levels some back into whack. Other wise you'll create a more catabolic environment due to training stress, but without the benefit of much test in the system to combat it. IP: Logged |

HCG for last week of cylcle and one week after. Clomid for last 2 weeks of cycle and 2 weeks after. IP: Logged |

Eat to maintain...and do cardio everyother day at least 20-30 minutes of high intensity to keep your test levels high. Go on creatine about a week after you last shot it's very anticatabolic. stay as trim as you can it will feel like size after about 2 months. Don't stop lifting at all stay consistent and try going on nor-diol - 19 it really will help you maintian your intensity in your workout. Stretch heavy on youtr workouts at least once a week You'll lose some size but still look just as to the ladies until next time around... $@) IP: Logged |
