i suffer from hypoglycemia. often i go low in blood sugar after about 30min to 1hour after a meal. i feel very uncomfortable have to sit down and eat some table sugar or drink a coke (i always carry those on me). this is not due to insuline injections which would explain it. it is very depressing as it can happen twice or three times a day. please let me know if there are other bodybuilders around suffering from the same.thanks

Do you get a bloodsugarcrash after every meal, or is on a particular time of day??

your pancrease might be secreting too much insulin or your insulin sensitive like me.... eat more fat, less carbs and definately take your chromium. try eating alot fewer carbs and more healthy fats... i bet it will make a world of difference.

particular. sometimes and sometimes not. but if i don't rest after a meal i always get it.
