This is for all you guys out there that think juice is some kind of a magic potion. It's not. You're not going to sit down on the couch cramming a ho-ho down your face while injecting 600mg of test and expect to get bigger. Get a damn game plan. I have been to a number of discussion boards and always the same thing. How much of this what kind how often, and so on. DONT EVER rely on someone elses advice. Research a little. If you are on the net you obviously have the ability and tools to research anything you need. Try going to www.tripod.com and doing a search for "absolutetruth" all together. You'll find a lot of info there about different kinds of gear and what they are used for. Also here is the secret to getting big. Whether you want to be huge or just fit. Get there natural first, get as far as you can naturally then start the gear using what you have learned during the time you where natural. Getting big is easy. Take in more calories than your body needs to maintain by the same token take in less to lean down. All this while maintaining a high [protein intake and of course creatine. Don't think I haven't fought I was 130lbs my whole life but once you put it all together you can realize goals. But everything has to dead right. Your diet, your training, and supplements or juice which ever. Don't waste the money buying 50ml of deca and down it all only to find out later that it works along protein synthesis and you weren't eating right and therefore you gained maybe 5lbs. I reached 192lbs naturally off ober the counter supplements before I started juicing. I have reached as high as 223lbs. with the juice. But figure out your body first and don't waste money because if you juice and you don't know what you are doing as far as diet and training asn rest. Then I promise you, you will waste it. Good luck..... IP: Logged |

Very well said!! I've been working out for 5 years now and just started with the juice within the last 8 months. from the first time I picked up weights til now, I've gained 50 to 60lbs in the last 5 years. 25 of which came last year and it was natural. I worked out like a mad man, ate like nobody's business, 6 times a day, 2 grams protein/lb bodyweight, 2-3 grams carbs/lb bodyweight and fats were no higher than 100grams a day. 25lbs in 7 months naturally. Although it isn't all muscle and I'm not a fat guy, if your diet is on, you will grow. I'm 5ft 4 and 180. Don't know BFP, but probably around 15%.It is winter and time to grow. Also going on a cycle too. But don't tell me that you don't understand why you can't gain weight. I hear all the time " I work out really hard, but can't seem to gain weight!" "What and how often do you eat?" "All the time, what ever I can get my hands on." ...that is bullshit! If people really knew how little they eat, then they would know why they aren't growing. You have to eat full meals 6 times a day. A protein, carb and vegies! Not huge meals either, but no small. Diet is more than half the battle. Keep pushin' and learn a bit about nutrition before you even think about the juice. Don't be one who works out for 6 months and decides to take steroids. Some of these guys don't even know what a steroid is. They think it is just a vial or bottle that says "Steroids". Do your research before you choose what to put in your body. IP: Logged |
