Okay, I may not do it the traditional way but it tastes better my way. I mix milk (2 cups), chocolate flavored protein mix and one can of strained tuna. It is actually better tasting than a creatine powder I bought a few months back. You will get a strange after taste, but keep thinking 'tons of protein.' One of my friends uses this recipe: "TUNA SHAKE! Yeah Baby Shake it! One can of tuna DRINK IT DOWN REAL FAST OR DIE!" I think you may want to stick to wolfing it down with a drink. quite interesting indeed...30grams of protien ...worth it, i guess its personal opinion but i say hell no. egg whites tuna salad...how bout a large chicken breast with low fat cheese and beans all over it with a gigantic protien shake with extra scoops...i dont know but tuna shake, im glad im not your girlfriend, i wouldnt want you to plant a wet one on me after drinking that nasty shit i guess im a bitch but theres no way i could drink that.
