Good question, I have been wondering myself? Did you try and search the boards for this topic? Shaving sucks!

using nizoral on the body should stop some hair growth and probably thin existing hair- TEST and other androgens stimulate hair growth- at least on the body so by using an anti androgen- which is ketokoazonal- the active ingredient in nizoral- should help eliminate further growth at the very least.
your other options are pretty limited- laser is the only permanent solution and it is rather expensive and may cause discoloration of the skin and the hair may in some cases return- although from what I understand its not likely.

yes yes, this is a problem.

i find that shaving is awfuly uncomfortable and gives you a rash. also it grows back in a day!

body waxing is the best solution. actually the home sugaring kits are best, it lasts a month or two. the only problem is ingrown hairs but it beats shaving every damn day no?

Waxing seems to be the best option, but it kind of makes you like S&M a little too much...Just Kidding. My girlfriend does it for me. She kisses the booboo afterwards and makes me feel better...much better!

A friend of mine has started laser therapy, it's not that expensive when you think about it, i was quoted 4000 for my whole body that is 4 treatments for each part. No big deal if i never have to shave wax or nair again!!!

Well anyways she's doing it and i'm waiting to see her results, so far they're very good. But i'm wondering about that permanent statement, for the fda permanent means one cycle of hair growth which is only a couple of months, so we dont' really know yet if laser actually is permanent in the REAL sense of the word

I did not say that it was not worth it- just that it was fairly expensive.
Yes the permanance issue is troubling but it looks like in most cases it is really permanent.
I really dont have a problem- I dont have a lot of body hair-
BUT
if supplementation were to lead to hair on my upper back- or lats which I have seen on some unfortunate individuals- I would hop right on the laser table- after researching the process and the practioners a little further that is.
