![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() By popular demand, Master Chef Joe Juicer is back in the kitchen... this week, we're going to learn how His Culinaryness cooks... ...Macronutrient Sludge! For this scrumptous dish, you'll need:
Put 16oz of egg whites in a blend. Blend on low. Dump about 2/3 of a cup worth of old fashioned rolled oats into the blender. Hold on tight! The blender might shake a little and make some loud noises, but that's all part of the fun. Throw in about 1/2 of a ripe bannana. Blend to perfection. Mmmm. Smell that sludge! Now add a little bit of brown sugar for flavor... maybe a rounded teaspoon... Next we add a healthy ingredient to make up for the brown sugar. Soy protein! Take two scoops (around 6 table spoons) of your favorite protein powder (bland-er is better) and mix that in. Your sludge is going to be mighty thick at this point so do some manual stirring with a knife or something to get it all mixed in. Just don't let the knife touch the blender blades (like I did one time) Warm up a skillet and spray some on some pam (or equivalent). Dump your sludge on there and cook it like a pancake. It'll end up in a massive blob after you've turned it a couple times, but don't worry, the taste is unaffected by the outward appearance. In no time at all (less than two and a half minutes per side) you've got a great big glob of goop ready to eat! It's may not pretty, but it's quick, tasty and good for you. ------------------ IP: Logged |
