![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I just started my first cycle of dianabol. I was wondering what kind of routine I should be using. (number of days / week, time between same bodypart, etc) I read somewhere that it should be 90mins a day 6 days a week but I do more then that when I'm not on anything. I was considering 2 1.5hr workouts a day then 1 day off like this: MORN. EVEN. Day 1: Chest & Back Day 2: Arms & Traps Day 3: Legs & Shoulders Day 4: off REPEAT What do you guys think of this? ![]() ![]() ![]() First I think 2 1.5 hour workouts a day is a bit much. Your training splits look ok, but personally I would preferr another day of rest between you workouts(rest=growth). Remember, bol only has a half life of five hours, so an even dosage split is indicated. If you want specifics, I can go there, just let me know IP: Logged |
