Been running an ECA (50/200/125) stack for several months now and seem to have developed a tolerance. Anyone have experience with how long a rest it takes to get the effects back???

If you are using it for fat burning, research show that at least 10 to 1, caffeine to ephedrine ration is most effective. YEs it is best just to take time off but adding tyrosine 1g can be like a kickstart. or you might want to switch to yohimbine hcl or even clenbuterol- yohimbine works as an aplha2 antagonist and clenbuterol in may beople upgrades their receptors so that ECA works like magic again.

Any suggestions on dose for the clen?

As far as my ECA doses, I pulled them out of Body Opus. I'll switch to 20/200/125 3 times a day, too...

take as much as you can tolerate- fat burning effect tend to rapidly diminish after 2 weeks. take it every day, spaced out. though clen has a very long half life it also has peaks and valleys as to its effects on your system. Most people will feel "jeacked" for a bit and then tired and then jacked. By spreding out doses there is a more even effect on energy levels. You have to judge your tolerance though considering your experience with ephedrine, I think 4-6 per day (20mcg tablets) is a good place to start.

I figure I'll run on ECA/Clen for maybe 2 weeks and then cut it for a month an subsist on yohimbine...

Try taking a month off the ECA and take 1200mg of vitamin C while off of it. Vitamin C reduces the side affects of ECA and also helps the vascular system relax (along with all the immune system benefits as well).
