i am 5'10 190lbs. I need to get to around one 175. Been working on it for a year but hasn't budged. Need some help on what to do? someone mentioned winstrol! What diet must i follow with this and where to begin. Thanks for the help!!! IP: Logged |

I think,for 15lbs you don't need gears,go for ketogenics diet and use natural supplements (like xenadrine ). If you do it right you must lose 15 lbs in 3 to 4 weeks.And let me know,if you don't make it,and going to tell you what to do. IP: Logged |

i use ripped fuel when i try to loss some weight,with a good diet, and cardio 3-4 times a week it works great for me. IP: Logged |
